A referral from your GP or specialist is required prior to making an appointment. Before your first appointment, we will send you an information pack which includes a new patient form to be filled in prior to your appointment.  Alternatively, you can choose to fill out and submit the new patient form online here (secure page).

If you have previously seen another doctor for any relevant obstetrics or gynaecological problems, you should fill out and send the Request for Medical Information form to that doctor so that Dr Marshall has your important past history available when you attend for your appointment.

It is a good idea to phone us prior to leaving home, just to check that your doctor is on time as emergencies can disrupt a consulting session. It is also recommended that you do not have a tight schedule following your appointment in case you are delayed.

Marion has worked with Brett for more than 25 years and has considerable experience in managing patient enquiries.  She has a nursing background and understands the range of issues that may present.  Marion will help you with any concerns or questions along the way.

Payment is required on the day of consultation and we endeavour to provide an accurate estimate of this fee prior to the appointment. We also offer the online claiming facility from Medicare following payment of your account. Payment may be made via cash, cheque, EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard.
